Vote for your preferred venue

Last month’s Cardiff Internet Marketing event was held at the Future Inn Hotel near the Red Dragon Centre, Cardiff Bay. Feedback for the venue was really positive, so I’ve been speaking to the hotel about holding future meetings there.
Understandably, the hotel needs to charge money for the room, but I’m mindful that at in April our members discussed a desire to keep the event free. As such, this leaves me with a dilemma that I’d like your vote to help me solve: I want to grow the group, make it accessible and provide the best value possible.
Here are two options, on which I’d like to hear your vote.
1) We continue to meet at the Future Inn, Cardiff Bay. To cover the room costs, we collect £4 per attendee. Car parking is free.
2) We meet at the Terra Nova pub in Mermaid Quay, who have offered me a free room. The room does not have comparable facilities (no projector, no screen). Being located in a pub, it might be subject to more external noise. For drivers, the closest car park costs £4 for 3 hours (i.e. the same cost as the room above).

No contest in my mind, Future Inn has all the facilities essential to a good meeting – without which, we may as well sit around a pub table for an hour and achieve nothing.
